Für unsere Urlaub nach Hurghada haben wir Egypt-Booking.Com beauftragt uns per minivan von Marsa Alam Airport nach Hurghada zu fahren und zurück.
Die Buchung verlief sehr einfach über WhatsApp. Es erschien mir anfangs zu einfach und vertraute es nicht ganz und wollte nicht die komplette Summe im voraus bezahlen. Zeyad schlug vor die Hälfte erstmal online zu bezahlen.
Fahrer auf der hin und Rückreise sehr höflich und freundlich. Können es definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Waiting for us at the airport, a very nice man with a board with our name on. Excellent vehicle and spotlessly clean. Two weeks later, the same driver pick us up from the hotel back to the airport. We were extremely pleased with this company and it's great value for money. We will definitely use again.

Everything was perfectly organised and carried out superbly. We had booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The driver waited with the name, the walk to the car was short and we arrived quickly, safely and well air-conditioned. We are already looking forward to the return transfer.

Unbeatable value for money! No mass tourism

As a couple, we found and reserved the tour online before our trip.

I had a few questions in advance about the tour and payment. Ziad Ashraf was there to help and advise me via WhatsApp.

At first I was a little unsure about the 100% advance payment. But in retrospect, this turned out to be a total no-brainer. I can now understand that advance payments are required.
Often, things just cancel, etc.

All questions about the tour, including the exact procedure, were explained to me in advance via WhatsApp.

We were picked up from the hotel to the airport in a new minibus. The pick-up time was also communicated to me via WhatsApp.

There were 5 of us in total. It was a very pleasant and almost family-like atmosphere. That is a major difference to the mass tourism that other providers also offer.

The driver already had our plane tickets.

He explained to us the procedure at the airport with check-in etc.

Check-in went smoothly with the curbs.

At the airport in Cairo, our tour guide was already waiting for us at the exit of the airport.

A very friendly man who spoke excellent German. No gibberish like we heard from other tour guides from other groups.

We took a Cairo city tour and a walk through the old town before the museum opened.

In the museum, our guide explained all the important topics of history in detail. When we had questions, he answered our questions and was able to explain everything satisfactorily.

After all the theory, we went to eat in a restaurant. The food was good. The price of the buffet was already included in the ticket price. However, the drinks had to be paid for separately. However, both our tour guide and our guide told us this information in advance. So there were no nasty surprises here.

The highlight of the meal was of course the view of the pyramids from the window. Here our guide was able to reserve a nice table with a view of the pyramids.

After our meal and a boat trip on the Nile, we came to the pyramids. Here we had enough time to ask questions, take pictures and generally move around a bit freely.

Our guide also warned us about the sellers. He told us what tip was appropriate here, even if more was asked for.

We were also able to book camel rides and a carriage ride at the pyramids. Our guide negotiated for our group.

After we had visited all 3 pyramids, we drove to the Sphinx. Here we had a little more free time for photos, sightseeing, etc. at our request.

In general, our guide always showed us the best photo spots.

We experienced so many beautiful things on this tour that I'm sure I forgot to mention a few things.

But I can only recommend that anyone who is a little skeptical read more reviews.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Comparable offers cost many times more.

So if you want an individual tour without mass tourism, then the tour is highly recommended.

Nach Buchungsanfrage haben wir kurze Zeit später eine Bestätigung per WhatsApp erhalten und auch einen entsprechenden Zahlungslink. Ein Fahrer wartete mit einem gut sichtbaren Schild mit unserem Namen am Ausgang auf uns. Die Fahrtdauer betrug ca 2,5 Stunden und wir haben auf dem Weg für jeden eine Flasche Wasser erhalten.

Auch den Rücktransfer haben wir hierüber gebucht und der Fahrer war super pünktlich am Hotel.

Wir haben im August einen Taxitransfer von Hughada nach Marsa Alam gebucht. Schon im Vorfeld gab es eine perfekte, freundliche email Korrespondenz auf deutsch. Sehr schnelle Antworten auf die Anfragen. Am Flughafen Hughada warteten die freundlichen Mitarbeiter schon vor dem Zoll und waren beim Erledigen der Visaformalitäten behilflich. Toller Service. Der Transfer dauerte 2,5 Std., mit einer kurzen Pause. Der Chef persönlich rief im Taxi über das Handy an und erkundigte sich, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Das ist Service am Kunden. Wir können dieses Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder ein Taxi buchen. Sehr fairer Preis.
